Company Profile
A-Frame was formed after the merger of specialty-consulting companies Blue Ray, GCi and Panaro Dynamics to create a unique technology construction management firm.
The A-Frame team is aligned by their passion to transform the way people buy and deploy technology, each with a developed niche of IT risk management. A common thread is the belief that the IT industry is better served by more mature delivery models, proven for centuries in the construction industry.
Our Operational Model
A-Frame operates as an agency construction manager, which means it has a duty to act in the best interest of its clients. This contrasts with traditional technology project structure, where technology vendors and clients are de-facto, at odds; for example a vendor motivated on profit and risk reduction vs. a client's drive for quality and vendor accountability.
Experienced Staff
A-Frame is designed from the ground up to excel as a technology buyer's agent. A-Frame employees are best in class practitioners in all of the core competencies required to ensure the success of an IT project. This improves project quality and positions the technology buyer favorably in all negotiations or disputes.
Leverage Construction Industry Practices
While not common in the technology industry, A-Frame's methods are based on highly mature and proven construction industry practices. This includes the use of American Institute of Architecture contract templates and project insurance vehicles where applicable.
A-Frame is a better way to buy, implement and support technology.
